Departures Nora Nora to leave medical group Lois Margaret Nora will step down as president and CEO of the $20M-revenue American Board of Medical Specialties at the end of 2017. Nora has led the Chicago-based ABMS since 2012. She previously was interim president and dean of The Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton, Pa. She had been president and dean of medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University. She has a medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and a law degree from the University of Chicago.
